Apartment Review for Notingham - Norfolk, VA

Lease is up in January, and I'm glad it's done. Office manager, Janice is horrible. Maintenace is overworked. The security consists of the lights that go off when you walk pass. Nice size apartments (975 sq ft) but severly outdated. first Floor units, have problems with Roaches, Crickets and Spiders. UPA controls the water bill and "NO" grace period on rent. Parking is ran by Towing Agency (140$ to get out)Only have 3 washer/dryers for entire complex. If you want the bare necissities..move here.
