Apartment Review for Odu Apartments - Norfolk, VA

My apartment was recently flooded, my roommates and I were out in the cold for about 2 hours in the middle of the night because of other tenants in the building. The walls in these apartments are paper thin, therefore anything can come through them and you can here everything. When you complain about something, your complaint is just brushed to the side, till something really bad happens and still nothing is done. You get horrible service from almost everybody that you come in contact with and the amount of money you have to pay is too much for what you are paying for here. It sucks.
