Apartment Review for Odu Apartments - Norfolk, VA

first off your supposed to be a full time student at ODU to live here, but alot of the students in the building i lived in either never went to class or must have got their sleep in the classrooms.. there always seemed to be people drinking and yelling and fighting, every night, things were always ruined the next morning.. the walls truely must be made of paper, you can hear everything, esp when people upstairs of you showered or flushed the toilet.. there wasnt enough parking, and the RA's didnt seem to care.. the area was a high crime area... i would take the time and try to find an apartment where people have to work for a living, so it would be quieter and the people would be decent..
