Apartment Review for Parkwood Manor Apartments - Norfolk, VA

I lived here less than a year. I broke my lease and lost my deposit to get out of here. I had my car broke into three times, my window busted out, and I was harrased by ny neighbors. They fought every night till 5 am screaming and beating each other up. There were guys just standing out on the street in front of the apartments selling and buying drugs in plain view daily. The staff was friendly enough and very helpful, but the people were nothin but trash and low lifes. The night before I moved, they were shooting outside across the street. What ever you do, do not move here or you'll regret it!!!!!
