THE GOOD, THE BAD, AND THE UGLY
Review Date: 7/29/2009 Reviewer: Anonymous
I've been living here 8 months here is my review. The Good -Rent is cheap $605 for one bedroom and $705 for a two bedroom -You get a separate living room and dining room -Water included -Presently the neighborhood is pretty quiet and tame, even on a Saturday night. -Pets allowed The Bad -Bedrooms small and no washer dryer hook up (can rent portable washer/dryer for $40 a month) -2 mos after I moved here one of my female neighbors got robbed at gun point -6 mos after I moved here someone busted out the windows of my neighbor who had been moved in less than 3 mos -The kids out here are worst than the roaches, a real nuisance. They sit on peoples cars, throw rocks and balls at peoples cars, and are always in the street. -NO WHERE TO PARK!! The Ugly -Folks were not kidding about the insects. Centipedes that you cannot get rid of, and cockroaches walk around like they own the place. Don't get me wrong its not an everyday thing, but when I do see those things they are large and in charge. -One unlucky neighbor had mice!! -Bathroom was designed by a blind man...yellow and black tile and red brick floors Though everything I said seems contradictory, its not a bad place for people on a budget... |
