Apartment Review for Pinewood Garden Apartments - Norfolk, VA

It's a gang bang hood. I saw my best friend get four teeth knocked out, numerous people robbed, houses broken into, shootings every night. Management is horrible. When you move out they find anyway to rape you of your security deposit and make up false repairs. I caught a member of thier maintainence crew trying to break into my house. UPS packages stolen. My car was broken into twice and shot with a bb gun numerous times one one occasion resulting in numerous dings, chipped paint, and two broken windows. The complex didn't care about any of these issues and didn't care to even help or rectify the situation. Parking is horrible, I lived there and had my car towed twice. If your thinking about renting here, I suggest you dont. Try investing in a house, the best thing I've done since I lived there.
