Apartment Review for Pinewood Garden Apartments - Norfolk, VA

this complex has its ups and downs parkind is alwys a problem. the walls are really thin you can hear tv and radios and people talking from other apartments. i heard gun shots a couple of times. it is not in a really good part of town but not that bad. on the good side alot of military live here and we get discounts on rent. the maintence is pretty good. i had to complain about noise and the manager was very concerned and helped me out alot. i think the apertments are very nice. its not that far from either anvy base if that applies to you. so it has its ups and downs.
