If you move to this property you will be sorry! Management will treat you so nice when you come in to fill out an application but after you move in they just change from nice to nasty. If you do move in be sure to write a journal of everything thats wrong with the place such as scrtches on the wall and counter tops and look under the stove and refrigarator to see if it was cleaned and if there were marks or stains left on them. Please make sure you check the carpet and blinds for stains or perminant marks that they couldnt get out Take plenty of pictures and put them in a safe-place. I tell you this because they come into your apartment at any time and add fines and charges to your account for all this stuff later and like me when you move out you'll receive a citation to appear in court to fight over a huge amount that they will claim you owe and put it on your credit report. Four of the tenents who moved out of my building did not receive their deposits back due to fines. Oh, if you have a car without a sticker or an expired sticker your car will be towed by Jack's towing and you will have to pay $85.00 to get it out. So like I said move at your own risk.
