Apartment Review for Pinewood Garden Apartments - Norfolk, VA

I have lived here for almost 10 years. I work the late shift so parking sucks when I get home after midnight. However, I have never been threatened. I have had to park in a different section of the complex sometimes, though. However, there is a long walk-in closet that you can store things in. A pole runs the length that you can hang clothes on. There are also shelves.

The reason that I am posting this is the current issue with winter home gas heating costs, which are no longer part of the rent. If you choose to conserve and you use sporadic or no gas, it may be interpreted that foul play may be involved, (i.e. the gas meter has been tampered with).

For this reason, it appears that the winter heat gas billing company, Minol USA (http://www.minolusa.com/) is estimating gas meter readings. Of course, this means an estimated (i.e. higher), but not accurate, winter heating bill.

It seems evident to me that Minol USA cannot conceive that some Americans would conserve winter gas, heat and associated costs.

Pinewood acknowledges this but recommends paying the bill anyway. They say I may, MAY, get a refund once this issue is resolved, if it is resolved at all.
