Apartment Review for Pinewood Garden Apartments - Norfolk, VA

Is there anything nice I can say about this apt? NO. There is little to no parking. In order for me to find good parking I have to be home before 4. Maintenance, thats a joke. They came to look at the rotten ass floors in the apt, said they will be back the next day and never return. Since I've been here the the price jumped from $550 with free gas to $565 plus gas which is like a next $100. Renter beware. No Military Clause.
