Apartment Review for Pinewood Garden Apartments - Norfolk, VA

Living here was OK. The only main problem was the complex was huge so parking was horrible. If you got home after 8 pm some nights, prepare to take a long walk to get to your apartment. The maintenance staff was always quick to respond. Often had problems with neighbors with ridiculous stereo systems for an apartment. Complex offers a number you can call to have someone come out and have them turn it down and report them. Another big problem is the people with their car stereos in the middle of the night. But that probably happens almost everywhere... I'm not too sure about the crime. I haven't had my car broken into, and my boyfriend often left his car unlocked with a new stereo system in it. BUT, I was out jogging in the neighborhood and just lucked out of getting raped. So I don't suggest venturing out on your own.
