First they will try to rip you off with renting their stackable washer and dryer for $50 per month, but they take ALL day to wash and dry. Then, they don't maintain a policy for the people who have pets that just take their dog out in front of your yard to shit. The maintenance takes forever and they are as ghetto as they come. My bath tub knobs were stripped and the maintenance man brought me a set a pliers to turn my water off and on instead of fixing it. Office staff just sits in the office and ACT like they are recording your work request. Its not worth the $700 we pay a month.
