All kinds of nasty. Bugs everywhere. Loud neighbors. Gun shots. Nothing gets fixed. The fridge was from the 1970's. The kitchen and bathroom sinks leaked. The laundry room was always disgusting people never cleaned the lint trap after they were done.  Need to rent an apartment?
