The apartmetns are old and affordable. I can have a life and still afford to live on my own. The staff is friendly and always gets my calls answered. The neighborhood is good. You can walk and feel safe. The option to fish by the river is nice too. I never had but when i get stressed its a nice place to go and cool down. Nothing fancy but very practical.  Need to rent an apartment?
