The place is not bad, but theres alot of work that can be done to make it better. First of all they need to learn how to paint better, so that when you move in it doesnt smell. And it does need a little bit of cleaning up. Its not bad if your looking for your first place, but its not a place where you would want to stay for long.  Need to rent an apartment?
