paint looks like it has as many layers as a ship built in the 60s. hope you like little flies, they are everywhere.roaches come out from nowhere, disappear to nowhere.minor bug problems. paint peels (all 50 layers) easily.looks like apartments water damaged at some point. sinks tend to stink. AND I CLEAN!!! kitchen window can take out pilot light easily. heat only on during very very cold winter months, so if you get a cold snap, tough s***. outlets are designed like japanese homes.looking for 3 prong, good luck.And you will need an ac window unit.should be called sweaters point. BUT everything works.
