Apartment Review for Sewells Park Apartments - Norfolk, VA

This place is horrible. Roaches, gun shots, no hot water, no heating in the winter, no AC, no dishwashers and the paint falls off the walls. The staff are rude and the maintenance people are complete assh*les. Your neighbors are more than likely not going to give a sh*t that you live in the same building which results in REALLY REALLY loud music, people yelling at each other, people drinking 40's and smoking outside the door/in the hallway, doors slamming all night and pretty much everything else you can imagine. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've actually lost faith in humanity since i moved here. DONT live here, because if you don't kill yourself, somebody else probably will!
