Apartment Review for Sewells Park Apartments - Norfolk, VA

I can only speak for myself and my apartment. My lease is up at the end of Oct 09 and I can honestly say I am ready to depart. I been here a year and my biggest complaint are the big ass cockroaches(waterbugs). I am extremly terrified of those things and they never go away. This place is not bad for one person or a couple but that is it. There isn't even enough room to turn a circle inside. The office staff is nice and respectful, never had a problem with them and also very very responsive. I never had to wait an absurd amount of time to have a problem taken care of. As far as the rest of the apartment....it's livable. All in all it's an okay place. I would recommend it to someone but also tell them how the office neglects to tell people about there little pest problem. Hope this helps anyone with questions. P.S. the apartments are just old, probably with rusty, leaky pipes and those roaches love that. They will never go away so don't waste money on an outsidde exterminator.
