Apartment Review for Sewells Park Apartments - Norfolk, VA

I moved in this place they told me it was nice and clean. We moved in there it is alright but the first thing i saw was coch roaches. We told the office about it but the maintenece guy came and did even spray he put more traps around the house. Now they say they wil come on monday to spray but than they say they can't. What can i do i am think about breaking the lease because of this i dont want to live like this.
