Apartment Review for Southwind Apartments - Norfolk, VA

This is a new complex just opened in Jan 2009 and I love it! The area is questionable but most new housing developments in Norfolk are in questionable locations. However, Norfolk is trying to clean itself up and I am happy to be a part of the new cleanup phase. The apartments are huge and affordable but not so affordable that anyone and everyone is going to be living there. There is a rigorous background check but if you are a hard worker making decent money then this is the place for you. Couldn't be happier!!
