Apartment Review for Southwind Apartments - Norfolk, VA

If you have small children, I hope you know they will be playing in the street. There is no playground so where will they play? Please make sure you have good breaks on your car so that you won't hit them. What is there to do here since the gym is closed before you get home from work because its only open while the rent office is. Pool? If you children are under the age of 14, they can not got to the pool with out a 18 year old. You can't be in the hall at no time so if you want some fresh air, you will be using just your little balcony. They love to advertise their ClubHouse. Now let me tell you that that is only for the enjoyment of the rental office manergers because when they leave the ClubHouse leave too. So what is the ClubHouse, Gym or whatever else suppose to be a good thing in these thin wall apartments with no playground for the kids? When you recieve your lease there are soooooo many rules for you, but I never saw any for Southwind. For instance, all maintance request has to be fix in 48hrs. I just that is because they don't have any rules for their self. I know that even the projects have a plays for the children. So fill your ice boxes up because you children will be fat with nothing to do except to run from cars coming.
