Apartment Review for Sumler Terrace Apartments - Norfolk, VA

First of all the office staff here have attitude problems. When you call them they are very rude and unprofessional. They answer the phone with you on speaker phone and anyone that is in the office at the time could hear all your business. The head maintenence man is very LAZY!!! He is too busy walking around like he is a MACK or something he cant do his job. They respond to work orders weeks and weeks later. Very poor and rude behaviors. They act like you owe them something! If it wasnt for us renting they would not have a job. I dont think they realize that though!!
