Apartment Review for Sumler Terrace Apartments - Norfolk, VA

The mamager of the office named Donna must need a man because there is not a day that goes by where she doesnt have an attitude!! She is very rude and unprofessional! The maintenece staff here is very LAZY!! When you put in a work order they act like they mad at you for having to work! then on top of that they only do a HALF JOB! They never complete the job! The head maintenence guy (Bishop) walks around trying to holla at EVERY female that got two legs, like he is all that or something. He needs to do some work! The other maintence guy walks around with his head stuck up Bishop's butt. He used to be cool but now he is rude just like the rest of them! He been around them too long- and he's supposed to be a christian. They act like they HUD, like they giving us assistance out of they pockets. It's crazy out here!!
