Apartment Review for Talbot Park Apartments Inc - Norfolk, VA

All I can say is BUGS BUGS AND MORE BUGS...1st thing the grounds are infested with roaches..you cannot walk outside with seeing them...inside the house there's ants, which leads to the spiders and the centipedes who love the ants. It cost too much to have to deal with it...you can found apartments in the same price range that are much better...the only plus about talbot park would be for the person that does not want to sign a yearly lease.
