Apartment Review for Waterview Apartments - Norfolk, VA

OMG!!! This place is a shit hole. UM, first of all my kitchen floor always looks dirty. I could clean the hell out of it and it still looks like shit. There is a hole on the ceiling of my bathroom where water leaks from the bathroom of the apartment above me. I' ve had maintenance come several times to fix it and they still leave the hole. My carpet flooded 2 times and the water smells like hell. Ive gotten my door of my apartment busted down and they charged me 200 to fix it.There are rats, roaches, spiders. I cant remember the last time they came for pest comtrol. Oh and they dont do pest control for rats. Thats your problem. They told me to buy traps. I can hear my neighboors having sex breathing and all at 3am in the morning and i have a 6 month old and im pregnant. SHALL I GO ON. Its a bad idea. Im military so the location is great but thats about it. Oh and the women that work there are rude. I had to restrain myself from busting someones lip in half.
