Apartment Review for Williamsburg Townhomes - Norfolk, VA

I'm not expanding the truth what so ever. It is wonderful here. I first walked into the leasing office and the manager (kim) was still very gracious and very kind. She showed my hubby and me a non renovated one and a renovated one. Obviously the renovated one was 10x's nicer, but even the ones that were "non-renovated" were very nice. If a renovated one woudn't have been avaliable, I would have rented anyway. They are huge! Renovated ones have carpet and stunning floors, washer and dryer in the unit already, a fireplace, and brand new appliances. The older ones are all hardwood and there is no fire place, but the appliances are still pretty updated and the floors don't creak and it's still very very nice looking. Jeff is the maintenance guy and he is just awesome. We had a plumbing problem when we moved in that he fixed right away. The pool is wonderful and big, and they always keep it clean. the parking is perfect. two spaces per townhome, and thats all me and the hubby need! I feel safe here and the grounds are just absolutely beautiful. Granted, I have only lived here a week...but that week is going to turn into all four years that the military lets us stay here in VA. I don't have one single complaint, and I consider myself pretty picky on where I live. If you are looking for a place, I would tell anyone to live here.
